The International [everywhere outside of the United States] landscape much like New York and the rest of the United States of Earth-1413 closely resembles normalcy. Without the vast knowledge, events and history of mutants that other multiverses offer -- mutants are considered a threat because they're different. It's unknown how the rest of the world will treat them.
